Query con filtro por fecha

Hola novato_24 muchas gracias por tu respuesta. Quedaria asi?

select od.Numero, od.Item,od.IdTercero,od.situacion,t.Fecha from Core_Owner_Detalle od  inner join Core_Owner_Cabecera t on
od.Numero= t.Numero and od.IdTercero=t.IdTercero and od.situacion=t.situacion
where t.Fecha >  '20121001 12:00:00'

es muy raro por que si te pones a ver son 4 dias los que hay hasta hoy y el query no da error pero queda ahi girando mucho tiempo por 3  o 4 dias.
